David is Director and Principal of Smart City Strategies and Solutions, a business dedicated to education in, and delivery of, Smart City learning, strategy delivery and implementation. David and his team believe a Smart City consists of six implementable elements that can take a city from the digital to the analogue and back again, resulting in a better place for the city and its citizens.
